Last Friday, sept 7th, I received a letter from my local Office, they sent me the i-72 form, they want me to send a baptism certificate (which I don't have) biological info, where was I born, parents and brothers info as well, and prove of my marriage (Joined Bank account, pictures, etc...)
hope this info helps for anyone.
Thanks!

So I went to my infopass appointment today, and it went mmm ok, nothing new..
I was expecting a more serious appointment, not just a lady behind a counter...
She basically told me that I need to wait, didn't specify how long, like 30days, 3 months or 6 months even longer.
My case was transferred on June-14th but local office got the case until July-3rd.
She told me there are more cases before me and that no one will interview me and that the reason the move the cases is for all local offices to help with all petitions/cases.
just FYI.

My case was transferred on June 14 2012, I already called and created a service request, but I haven't heard from them yet.
Whats an Infopass? Do you schedule it over the phone? Should I go to my local office and ask for that infopass?
Please Help.

Hello All. I was born with a midwife in the Valley of South Texas (McAllen, Brownsville) I became a Mexican Citizen later on, cuz my parents are from Mexico, so I have dual citizenship (not a birth certificate from Mexico) I do have a US Passport. I know there are/were some issues with that, I'm aware they might ask me questions and have an interview. My wife is from Mexico.
Last update I receive on my case was: On June 14, 2012, we transferred this case to your USCIS local field office for additional processing. ( I sent my case on Januray 2012)
Anybody knows something?
Any advice?

I went with my attorney yesterday, he told me, that it was really weird that they moved my case. He thinks that maybe they think my wife is in the US and that there is no need to go to Ciudad Juarez. who know, or that maybe we can avoid the CDJ process and do everything in the local office, he said everything is possible with Immigration.
Keep insisting Ale, I called and opened a service request to customer service, give it a try.
Dont give up!! Have faith and trust in God, there is always a reason of what things happen.
I was this close to give up and move back to Mexico when the letter came in to my house...
You will be in my prayers.
