We heard well by text that my husbands Final Green card is ordered for Production we got that news yesterday any idea how long it takes to appear in his eagerly awaiting hands :-)

Okay I have posted earlier regarding the RFE we received a few weeks ago..

Okay Heres what I am sending in copy of original lease that added me as an Occupant in 2011

Copies of a life insurance policy I have from work naming my husband as Beneficiary plus a policy I purchased/took out myself naming him also.

Copy's of joint bank account statements

Copys of our Drivers Licenses with our DC address

Utility Bills with both our names and that's about it oh and a few letters from friends confirming we are who we say we are etc..

Also copies of W2s from our employers showing out status as married..

I think that should be enough we dint have children we are married i.e real deal so

If they want to call us for an interview then so be it..

Also I went through a government clearance and he's list as my spouse on that ..and I work for CBP/DHS currently just saying ..

I posted recently as we received the RFE so now I have letters from friends etc. lease insurance policy and as I said earlier we have no children so I cannot change that part :-) ..My husband keeps insisting we purchase a car together we live in DC so I don't feel the need and the payment ..

We have sailed through the process till now..

WE have utility Bills gas/electric in both our names

lease both names

Insurance policy and that's it..

We are the real deal and we live thrifty.. I am fine as I am the US citizen my husband well hes getting itchy feet and a bit anxious ..

Any ideas welcome

Maybe they lost what you sent them, I think you sent them plenty. I'm surprised that was the reason for the RFE. I would send them joint checking and joint bills again. I agree with someone who mentioned you should have things since you got married. But I'll be honest my wife and I don't have any joint accounts, there is never a time except for holidays we get mail with both our names on it. I do file joint tax returns though. Maybe send wedding photos. Or family photos. I think we sent some of those with her and my entire family at xmas and stuff.

My husbands nervous we have till September to submit documents but of course we wish to do it sooner.

Oh plus now I work for US Customs in VA which are merged with DHS.I work in I.T so any advise appreciated.We came this far with no issues.

"Okay let me clear some things UP now we are the removal of conditions my husband was granted EAD no Problem Then same happened again NO Issues was granted 2 years conditional GC.Of course that expires as it is.

We sent in the paperwork and they said our TaX returns were not good enough as we filed married filing separately.. so they want things like Will, Insurance policies things of that nature.

WE have our lease which was amended 2011 and my name physically added and we have electric and gas bills and Bank account statement for checking ..

That's all we have he has 2 children in Kansas with his ex wife I preferred to keep my own bank account as sometimes his wife makes request for money so we both are the real deal happy never argue over money nothing..

Anyway else in the same situation..

We both met here in Virginia so we have always being here .AS i said we preferred to keep finances separate as to his ex was aware of I having a good job and we did not want her hounding us for more money..

I have back statements with both our names the lease from 2011 and we still live at the same place utility for electric and gas and thats about it and yes some pictures..

We are as the final stage he Has conditional GC ..We have a lease together and utility bills electric Gas one credit card together on my insurance hes listed and beneficiary and that's about it.. oh we are married since 2011 and our taxes we file married filing separate I assume that allowed ?

The RFE wants more proof.

Hi we filed to remove the conditions of my husbands temp Green card we filed in November they received it then they sent a letter late December that they could not read my husbnads fingerprints so he redid them approx January 28th so any idea how long its taking or has anyone recently received there card final card and if so how long did it take you were yopu called for an interview etc feedback appreciatted .

hello we just got a letter from USCIS saying that they could not read my husbands fingerprints so they will retake them 01/30/15 free of charge his left pinkie finger tip is missing so the time prior to this when they took them for the conditional green card they made a note of that this time my husband said they did not .Hes background is clean so no issues there..He did get a letter staing as his GC expires FeB 15th 2015 that hes still legal for a year after while they process the case so its just annoying as now its delayed more..

Has anyone else had a similar experience .Then I was thinking sine maybe they messed up they might speed up the process ..

His fingerprints were fine the time prior ah well now we wait and pray

Hi we filed the I-751 about 3 weeks ago we received the Biometric notce today and its for DEc 29th 2014 .Question once we made it this far is that a good sign i.e can they still ask for an interview etc..

My husband is from Peru and we are living here in Washington DC .I guess my question is when the receive the package if they have questions are They normally addressed asked before the the Biometric notice arrives or after I know they will run my husbands fingerprints again he has no issues with the law or taxes etc and we are the real deal together since 2007 married 4 years now.

So anyone thoughts advice appreciatted ..

I had an issue where I did the priority mailing to Vermont and USPS tracking said it was being delivered a day after when it was supposed to. I called and it had already been delivered. The Vermont post office is very nice to talk to. They will bring up their own special tracking system which has more details. I still don't get why the customer tracking would be so out of date and useless that it would say something was being delivered tomorrow even though it had already been taken from the post office. You never know, maybe they walked away with it and the customer tracking was wrong again. Can you imagine the amount of packages they get for immigration? When I called the guy assumed I was looking for immigration mailing right off the bat. I am sure they have their own room for that sort of stuff.

but it got all the way to the PO Box ? final destination

Maybe he sent it registered and there is noone to sign there thats juts my idea why else would it be refused as it made it all the way there,...I still have to confirm with hubbie ah well

I checked the tracking no and it was refused ny the US Psotal service it seems my husnad is at work today so hmmm can you send receipt required to this address

It made it alway the way there no problems I am confussed now my husbands card expires Feb 13th so we still have time i know.. what could have happened why they refused it

Now its has to come all the way back to us hopefully damn thoughts ideas appreciatted Thanks all..

Hi we are ready to file the paperwork to remove the conditions on my husbands GC he is from Peru has anyone gone through the process recently .We used my husband tax returns last time on the Affidavit of support so we will again any ideas suggestions timelines to share we would appreciate it ..

Also last time we used a lawyer and this time we are going solo ..

Hi my husband has the 2 year conditional green card .Will be time soon to remove conditions has anyone here did that procedure and how did iot go was it smooth sailing how long did it take etc and yes he is physically here in the USA has being since day one and he has issues criminal or any other type :-) plus he has 2 childsren from a previous m,arriage and they have their green cards .

Hi all when you file the I-751 is there any other forms that need to sent it with it . Do we have to do the affidavit of Support i-864 again. I did not see it listed on the instructions .ALso is okay to file for example 5 months before the Temporary/Conditional green card expires .
