You will need a letter stating that you are single. This letter needs to be notarized and sent into your state office for an approval seal, and then sent to a Chinese Consulate in your state area to have it approve. Once that is done you are ready to be married...

I sent my wife's and daughter's petition to VSC on 5/23, recieved 5/24. 2 weeks gone and no check cashed. How long to hear something from VSC?
