i mean after our case got UPGRADED.

Like I said there was no communication from them after our case got approved.

I got some information only through Congressional Immigration Inquiry.

It doesnt make sense that calling a service center will affect your case. I dont believe in hiring attorneys/travel agents for all these. This is something you can do on your own... :-)

Yes.. I have updated our case from Spouse of Permanent Resident to Spouse of US Citizen. I havent got any kind of reply from USCIS after I sent in the papers (copy of naturalization certificate etc...)

But when I inquired through the House of Representatives office, I got a reply that my case has been upgraded.

after 30th oct interview, we got the passport back on the 5th nov.

Our interview was on 10/30 tuesday and got approved. I haven't received the passport back yet.

Have you recieved an email from NVC after they reviewed the AOS packet?

I mean an email asking you to submit the Immigrant Visa Application (DS230)?

I have already submitted that 5 days back and got such an email today. That just confused me.

One of my friend whose case completed at NVC on 07/13 got 09/28 interview date. :-)

So I hope you will get an October interview date.

I called them couple of hours ago..

they said wait for 20 business days...
