hey harsh - I-130 petition is mandatory to file before applying for CR1 or DCF..am i correct??

Also plz help us know where i-13 petition is accepted..mumbai or Delhi??

Hi Harsh

M from Navi Mumbai.... We are checking on the DCF...

Will call New Delhi embassy today at 2 and check with them too for details as the Mumbai consulate told filing happens their while interviews here...

Is there any assurance or guarantee that we will get this done or clear it? There could be rejections too right?
