I had already sent in my i485 so I just downloaded the document for i131 from the website, filled it in and sent it to the same office that is processing my i485 (no need to pay if you have already paid for i485). That was it. I was surprised to receive it that soon. I actually got 2 ap documents not 1 and it is valid a year from the day issued
