how do you access the NVC portal? I also received the emails and was unable to open, but never received information about an NVC portal to be able to do things online

I recently was able to send in my Choice of Agent form and pay the AOS fee...now I'm wondering...do I have to wait for the NVC to send me instructions for further AOS processing or can I go ahead and prepare the form to send in???
