      my NOA! was February 29,2012 with VSC and received my NOA2 n 9/19/2012.

      Hi I am February filler too ad no Noa2 till now so frustrating they are working on April now and most of february filler received their noa2 but I am not you should file for a ervice request although it doesn't help any way :(
