I have one other question regarding documents to bring back for future use in the entire visa process. I would like to know how many copies I should bring back for future submission. Should I bring back 4 copies of our marriage certificate and her divorce certificate, as well as her (and her son's) birth certificates?
I'll also have to reread the requirements of what to send in with the I-130. She claims that the G-325A is not required by me (the U.S. resident). I thought that, just as pushbrk, stated that it was also necessary for me. Could someone kindly confirm this?
TIA,

Do you mean that your wife said that you do not need to submit G-325A on your name??? Really?

Yes, right! You have to submit I-130 first, to be able to submit I-129F, cause I-129F req to submit a copy of NOA1(Form I-797C).Check Part 8 of The instruction for Form I-129F http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf
