yaaaah finally thanksss

finally after 10 months waiting received NOA2,I was sleeping then my husband called me saying honey wake up sweetie we got approved I was speechless thought I was dreaming then waked up at midnight with one eye open and checked the website found case updated and yaaaaaay its true we approved ,thank you my Visajourney fellows you really support me in those hard times some other let me down when I checked their timeline found they get their approval in only 2 or 3 months but thanks God I told my husband before the noa2 even if we received it I wouldn't be happy bec its already past due and the time to be happy is over but when just received it found my eyes drop tears of happiness thanks god :dance:

I have a feeling that some have abandoned the site, though. Many haven't been active in over a month or two.

they are now feb 27 we are behind that date by 10 days and make a service request what should we expect how long should I wait for noa2 after the service request?

I am so close to complete 6 months and 1 year since marriage so depressed and hopeless never saw my hubby all this period it really sucks and our whole life is on hold now even we stopped calling them , I have an idea why don't we collect each other and make a protest agianst uscis LOoooooL it may works

I gave up and in hopeless stage sooo depressed and so sad its 5 months and 2 weeks since noa1 and we couldn't even open a service request look like we'll wait forever please update if any one here received any good news and pray for us may god look at us

I completed 5 months today still waiting for NOA2 any advice about service request would it accelerate the process if any one have any experience with service request please share it I don't know what I have to do just an open wait they start to approve some cases from march 23rd so why febreuary filler still pending

i know...same with me...i ve even seen some approvals for March filers...mine is mid feb...its so frustrating...i am happy for the ones who have been approved...but i fail to understand why havent they approved mine yet.

Me the same also so frustrating mine is feb 17th and most of the cases in the same day already approved also they may require RFE and this of course will delay the process hope to receive any good news soon bec it really hard time for each one of us wish you all a good luck

Vermont was averaging around 3 months.... now it has doubled to 6 months+

I just want to thank you for being the motivator person to encourage me joining VJ your case is so similar to mine and because of you we applied for I 130 as a LPR now my husband is us citizen and we upgraded our petition from f2a to cr1 its about a month now but we just received an email from them saying your case is in active processing as us citizen but we didn't received any hard copy or online update is that normal

Are they counting from my piority date or from the date we made the request to upgrade

How long should it takes for noa2 after upgrading from f2a to cr1 at uscis?

I do understand you being reluctant to send the Original marriage Certificate. Unfortunately, you have only following option

Either ORIGINAL or CERTIFIED Copy of Marriage Certificate.

Note: "English translate" document is not a MUST document if applicant will have interview in the same native country from where the document is issued.

Hi please if you could tell me if I have to wait for a confirmation letter about the upgrade from f2a to cr1 because I only received a confirmation email for the upgrading since my husband became us citizen so we have to wait for noa2 or a confirmation letter first
