  1. I posted a graph a few weeks ago showing the improving trends at VSC the past month. It is definitely approving more per day than it has since the beginning of the year. It looks like it is even better than it was at the beginning of the year at this point. The only question is whether they are doing enough to catch up or if it will just be a moving average of 6 months.

  2. I was wondering whether VSC was on an upward trend of number of VisaJourney approvals per day. I put together some graphs that illustrate an upward trend for VSC that I hope continues and is not just the past couple weeks. They are still not as fast as CSC but it appears the past month or so has been back to how they were around the beginning of the year. I only used the data for K-1 noa2 dates.

Hopefully this helps give some people hope that VSC will pick it up soon.

  3. It seems like the director is Paul E. Novak Jr. unless it has changed since earlier this year.

From seeing other emails at USCIS it would appear his email would be either

    paul.e.novak@uscis.dhs.gov

    or paul.novak@uscis.dhs.gov

I wouldn't think the jr would be in the email but maybe. You'll find out when you send to the three and get a undeliverable response.

    paul.e.novak.jr@uscis.dhs.gov

Of course they could all be wrong too.

Just a note for all of you mentioning "service requests"...I will place this quote that was in the response to my Senator "At this time, VSC is no longer expediting I-129F petitions for ONPT unless there is an emergent situation. In such cases, please provide evidence for further review".

So, it sounds like that they will not be expediting anything. It is just that the VSC sucks.

My idea is this...if someone can find out who is in charge of the VSC...the top person there...and wear his #### out with emails and calls.
