i am sooooooo excited. i am a june 11 filer and today i received my approved NOA2. looks like vermont is moving along

today i received my NOA2. my NOA1 date was june 11. i checked the site everyday and there was never any updates. then today around noon, i received an email and text message that the petition was approved

this is what #5 part B states : provide original statements from you and your fiance(e) whom you plan to marry within 90 days of his or her admission, and copies of any evidence you wish to submit to establish your mutual intent

the letter of intent is required. if you download the instructions to the I-129F form, you will see that #5 part B asks you to send this letter. you both should go ahead a make one because they will ask for it

I started getting things together in February. LOL We just sent the packet on the 8th. I thought I was going to be a March filer. We obviously didn't have our stuff together. I was totally lost until I found Visa Journey.

Our packet was sent to Vermont. Does anyone else know what service center their packet is headed to?

I sent the petition to the dallas lockbox. i got my NOA 1 stating that my petition was accepted and was sent to the vermont service center

i must also say that it is neat to discuss the k1 visa process with people going through it at the same time. please june filers, if you get any updates or RFE, then please share with everyone. this may help others going through this process to know what to do and what not to do.

hi everyone. i this is my first post, and i am also a june filer. i received a text message and an email on june 14th for the NOA1. the offical paper should be arriving later on this week. the k1 visa guide on this site is so helpful, and i'm not sure what i would have done without it.
