Thanks for replying.My husband and i met here in the phil in June 2009 and he became my boyfriend.He went back to the US on October 2009. On September 2010,he came back here and we got married in april 2011,Since then we have been living together here in Phil.Do you think he can petition me since he is not been living in US since 2010?No Income Tax.thanks
