Hi, myself and my fiancé received packet 3 from the Dublin embassy on Christmas Eve after more than an 8 month wait. I completed my medical today (which was fine - and Dr.Gleeson is lovely) but I'm not sure whether anyone is having the same problem with packet 3 that i am.

The pages in the packet have clearly been copied over and over again and the instructions are pretty much unreadable. I understand everything that I need to do but this I-134 form is completely throwing me?!

What is it?

Do I fill it out or does my fiancé? (It looks like he's supposed to fill it out - but then why would they send it to me?)

The instructions that I can actually read in the packet says not to fill it out if he's filed a

Do I need to attach additional info to it such as bank statements or perhaps my fiancé's tax forms etc?

It probably seems like a really easy question - but I can't for the life of me find a straightforward answer online and considering this whole process has been going on now for us for almost 10 months - we're both completely fed up.

Hey, this post has been so helpful! we filed in April too and have heard nothing and we were looking at the website today and freaked out when we seen 13 months as a processing time! our number is an EAC too - so 5 months is definitely a lot easier to deal with!!
