HI VJ Members. I need your help. Could you guys please share when your spouses got a call to come in for fingerprints & oath after second medical. For example like when did you guys submit a second medical and after how many days was your spouse called for fingerprint and oath? Also is there anyone that submitted a second medical and did not have to go to oath and fingerprints?

I am a U.S. citizen and I attended the interview with my husband but I don't think that MADE ANY DIFFERENCE because he is still in AP since 25 months... but you can take your wife with you they will allow her inside. Just make sure she takes he U.S. passport with her. I think you should leave your daughter by someone because it takes long at the Embassy and she will get irritated.

Yes they did keep my husband's passport and they returned the original documents to us.

HI VJ Members, I need your help. I know that some of you are longer in AP Process but this AP thing seems to not get over. My husband is in AP since 25 months and I a a U.S. born citizen and stayed here all my life in U.S. We have a 2 year old child mashallah . I went to Pakistan twice after marriage to live with my husband. Once I lived with him for 8 months and this time I lived with him for 1 year. I sent repeatedly emails to U.S. Embassy Islamabad about our case but most of the time they don't reply and if they do they just give the standard AP response. His medical expired back in February 2014 but they are not even wanting a new medical. I came back last week to U.S.A. and it is just so hard living without him again because everyday my child is crying for his daddy and I cant bear this seperation. Do you guys know anything I can do that will make the embassy issue his visa. I contacted senators and congressmen but they are also unhelpful....please help me out.

no update again...last update made was Jan 24

no update today last update January 24

My case updated on its own again today which is January 24. Last update was on Jan 16 on its own and after that no more updates. Got update today again. Please pray for me. 10 months and 19 days in AP. Really hard without my husband with a baby.
