At this juncture, you don't submit any paperwork. Your US Citizen spouse needs to submit a form I-130 and the instructions for that form tell where the form and accompanying documentation need to be submitted to.
got it thanks...

Oh yes, one more thing; count on the visa interview being in Montreal. That is the only place in Canada where they do immigrant visa interviews. Also Montreal can be strict on domicile so check out the thread in the Canada forum relating to that.
not done in Vancouver too ?

BTW the K3 visa is obselete and RARELY granted so your only option would the IR1. Because you've been married so long, the beneficiary would automatically receive the 10 year green card vs the 2 year conditional card.
thanks good to know

Moved from K-1 fiance visa forums to CR-1 spousal visa forums as the OP can only file for a spousal visa.

I am married ( 10 years ) to an US citizen we live/work in Canada. We are considering moving our family, to AZ where we own property I think the plan would be to start the paper work now and then closer to the end, my wife would look for work in AZ, as I'm guessing as my sponsor she will need to prove that she can support me until I get work, can anyone comment on the right direction to proceed
cheers
