Hi..

Well you have to submit all the originals to NVC along with a set of photocopies of all those originals documents.

Then NVC verifies the documents and cross checks the photocopies with originals.. keeps the photocopies with them for their record and sends the originals to Mumbai consulate.

Next stage once your NVC case is closed your interview is scheduled.... once again you submit all photocopies to VFS along with medical reports...

At the interview you get your originals back.

it's not confusing at all. it's very clearly written document explaining which documents you need to submit at VFS office prior to your interview.

Well I am just wondering if I have to attach a photocopy of my valid US B1/B2 visa while i send my IV package documents to NVC ? They have requested photocopy of Biographic pages but in case one holds a valid US visa do we need to attach its photocopy too ?

I would be glad if someone can throw light on this..
