Yes,we checked,called the company....She isnt eligible for my husbands insurance..Because she is over 18,and not going to school,he must adopt her, She got her EA, so,probably that would be the best solution,if she would get a job..We are working on it. Again,thanks to everybody. Will leave a report if we set anything..

Do you mean in the insurance company? Think they said,family members must be blood related,and thats why he has to adopt her..Thats again a long process.I am just praying for her...Was wondering is any other way to get her insurance while we wont be able to do that?

Hello !! I am trying to get health insurance for my daughter. We just got married in December, I have mine though marriage. Because she is K2,she must be adopted. Is there any way to get her insurance in the US ? Until we can afford the adoption. Thanks for any advice.

I have an UPDATE. My fiance was contacted by the embassy by phone around 4pm. They called him, blocked number, it was a man. He said that he was sorry about today and they are going to generate a new interview date for him to come back in. The "system" will print it off and it will be mailed to him, he should receive his new appointment date letter within 2 weeks. He said that he will need to return with more proof and bring more pictures. Make sure to write the dates on them. He said just bring pictures and it does not necessarily have to be pictures of us together, it could be ones of me alone at my house that I send to him. He does not have to do any of the forms or fees again; only pictures or proof. I do not understand and I do not get it, but hey, at this point, we will take anything they want to give us. So now, more waiting...

When you receive your packet from the Embassy, they will inform you of all the documentation you need. You will probably have to prove that you are free to marry. This will involve divorce papers if needed or another form of documentation from Serbia. I am not sure about Serbia but in Macedonia, it is on your birth certificate. This is why my fiancee had to get a recent birth certificate. It was stated that he was not married.

i have my final decree from divorce,but i mean,will i need that document in usa to marry my fiance?

If it's an rfe just respond to it and give them everything they ask for. I had an rfe and it was approved after we sent in what they wanted. The only thing is after you have sent you have to wait almost 60 days to know whether your petition is approved/denied. Hang in there
