I hope someone who had previous VISA experience at Guangzhou Consulate could help me with some information. Thanks a lot.

My fiancee already sent back the finished P3 forms to Guangzhou consulate 8 days ago, and till now no P4 is received. Based on the VISA timeline table on VJ, I think it generally takes about 5~6 days for the beneficial to receive the P4 after sending out P3.

I emailed the consulate and got the reply from them that my fiancee's form was received and under processing. And they will send out information regarding interview and instruction when ready.

Does this seem to be normal processing time?

I got my NOA2 recently. Just a little confused on the phrase " Approval Notice valid from xx/xx/2012 to xx/xx/2012"

Could anyone help to explain how these dates affect? does it apply to VISA interview only or also apply to AOS date? (I heard this NOA2 paper is also needed in AOS.)

I understand I may have to wait, but it is the time that is really a problem. Say if I get a RFE and respond back, will they process right away? normally how they handle a RFE? Is there a time table for RFE just like regular application process in different service center?

I submitted I-129F to USCIS (CSC) in Feb 2012 for my fiancee and now the case is pending.

It is later that I found this forum and learnt many useful things from here. It seems that I may miss some documents necessary .

I want to send another addendum to my previous application to avoid RFE delay. Could you please tell me which address it should be sent to? The same one where I submitted the first package or CSC address directly?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
