hello guys I just want to know your opinion about these evidence that we are about to submit..

• copy of joint account statement from 2 banks
• letter from ntelos showing that I am an authorize user of our phone
• copy of sams clubs cards with my husband's and my name on it
• car insurance with both our names
• copy of joint tax returns
• copies of actual credit cards with the same acct.number
• affidavits from 3 people (notarized)
• 50 pictures of us together with friends and family during special occasions and vacation
• Christmas and holiday cards addressed to both of us
• copy of my registration for NCLEX showing my husbands addressed
• copy of my green card and passport
• copy of my drivers license

Do you guys think that these are enough??

*we don't have a deed showing co-ownership of the house because my husband bought his house when he was single and when he refinance it my name wasn't on it

*we don't have bills with both our names, and I am unemployed for now so I cant pay bills

*we don't have health insurance and my husband just got started in his new job.

I don't want to send these evidence without knowing if these are enough or not please help..

youre gonna have to wait few months, usually it takes time. did they call u and your spouse for an interview?

Hey guys, i am still confused

In the new I-751 form. It says list all your children..

we dont have children together but i have 2 from my past relationship and theyre still in my country.

We couldnt get them right now because we dont have enough money yet. Do we have to include their names on the part 4 of I-751?

Im so confused I dont want us to make mistakes filling this form, and I definitely doesnt want to hire a lawyer just to get this done. I hope u can help me guys. thanks a lot..

There is a section in the form about "INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN".. (list all your children)

We dont have children together..but I have 2 kids in the Philippines.

We haven't gotten them yet because we dont have enough money yet.

DO WE HAVE TO LIST THEM DOWN?

HELLO I AM A FILIPINO AND MY GREEN CARD WILL BE EXPIRED NEXT YEAR.

IT IS TOO EARLY TO ASK BUT I KNOW THAT ME AND MY HUSBAND WILL NEED TO FILE FOR THE REMOVAL. i JUST WANT TO ASK IF THERE IS ANYBODY HERE WHO UNDERGONE THE SAME PROCESS and WHAT QUESTIONS ARE THEY GOING TO ASK FOR THE INTERVIEW.
