Iam from Philippines. I have a K2. We were interviewed last December 11. On the 13th I received a call from the USEM that our visa is ready for delivery. Saturday, the 15th, I was surprised to received our visas, because I thought it will be delivered the next week. I automatically checked our visas for errors and the expiration dates. Mine is June 10, 2013 while my K2 is May 28, 2013. We had our medical November 28. Go figure.

Just called today. NOA2 Date was 10/5. Received my MNL case number today.

I think it is harder for the beneficiary as they are in a limbo, and can't really make career changes during the waiting period. The beneficiary has to leave their job, friends and family behind and virtually start from scratch again once they enter the States. The petitioner usually only has to deal with the separation.

This is so true! Why my Fiance cant understand this.. sad..

Before I received my RFE I was touched June 29 2012... they should have told me then I need more evidence

Ours were touched 2x - March 20 and June 28.. Approval Oct. 2.. I was then so worried i thought we will be denied or get an RFE..

Which made me think now,if there is something written on the papers for the Consul at the interview to investigate further..

Anyone from October approvals : Do you have your case number already?

We were approved Oct. 2 (hard copy received Oct. 10), Ive sent 2 emails to the NVC, and up to now, no reply.

Im planning to call them anytime this week. Just wondering how long should I wait..

Guys, cant believe my eyes! I thought today will be just another waiting day for me. Ive asked my fiance what time USCIS will close, and he said 8pm..

I told myself, one more try and boom! We were approved! So happy! )))))

hello to all!

My first post here. I learned today that another March 15 filer got an RFE last Sept. 7.. Then on Sept 4 a March 15 approval. Iam a March 15 filer too, it just made me sad, those movements were 2-3 digits behind from ours.. Crazy!
