It says what it says, they'll contact you shortly with instructions and your case number. This is considered a second Notice of Action (NOA2), simply a petition approval which gives you the oppurtunity to apply for your immigrant visa by sending in the rest of the required paperwork they need from you. The interview won't be scheduled until the embassy in Amman contacts you saying they've received all required documentation that they need from the intending immigrant.
