    Hi Dana...I should recieve the DS-230 back on the 14 from my husband...you know the mail slowed down for the holiday in Nija...lol and than I can re submit. I am going to Nigeria in february and will stay with my husband until his interview...so excited to go and see him..it will be a year..its almost anniversary time for all of this...how are the two of you...I have thought of you

    Hello VJ members, I was so irritated Nvc said my case was complete on 12/7/12 and when I called the following week for any interview info I was told they made a mistake, it wasnt complete and my husband needed to correct question 30 on his ds-230....uggggg

      Okay...that would irritate me to no end. So question 30 is about where he lived since age 16. The example here on VJ does not calculate on Blow Jo's application since age 16, but instead since birth (evidently...Blow Jo never moved since birth).

      If your husband filled his out the same way because he has lived in the same place all his life, he may can just send a letter of explanation that he has lived in this location since birth. If he has lived in more than one location, he will need to change it and send the application back to you. But...make sure that he uses his last application as an example and everything else is exactly the same. Give them nothing to pick over.

      Also, notice on #30 of the example, it only lists City, State, Country and dates. The dates should reflect date of birth at age 16 and on my application I put until "PRESENT".

      Praying for you. I know this is disappointing news...but you are almost done and this is an easy fix to be on your way!

    Hey Dana, how are things going? well, they will have my divorce records on tuesday so I should recieve them by the middle of august...praise God! alot earlier than they first said(the courts) God bless you on the rest of your journey and keep me posted....Brenda and Kenneth

    Dana,I got an rfe...ugg just when I was expecting my noa2, they want my divorce records from long ago and I dont have a copy. I have to send away and they said it will take 4-6 weeks kinda bumed about it..how are things with you

    we got married at the registry too about 11:00 am....I know what you mean about realizing the same wedding date...I had to look at it twice as I was very tired...lol I will put on some of my wedding photos I wore traditional african wear
