hi everyone...i have been told that there is a chance of denial before the interview in the embassy is this true????which means that as soon as the embassy recieves the petition and if they found something in it they would deny it before issue an interview date is this true??? have anyone heard about this or lived this or heard this from someone???

i am wondering about something is the uscis works on saturdays ???? if so is there anyone before got approved on saturday ?????

how to raise a service request with the uscis ???and what kind of letters they will send me after 2 or 3 days???and plus of this is there anything more to do beside me to hurry up the process because i got to find some did an expedited process as i think....or i am wrong?????

ahhh thank you all guys for this help and support and i did call my congressman but no help from them and i am now over 6 month actually looking at 7 months after at least tow weeks i got to see alot of people from some topics got approved by a push from an immigration officer and i contacted some of these users but no answear back from them i just wished if they could just give me the guidance of how to handle this and i called the uscis last time and i asked them to talk to an immigration officer but they didnt let me do it...that is why i was wondering how the others get to talk with an immigration officer and me not

hello guys anyone could help please?????i am one from the filler of november and since then until now no NOA2 i am wondering what they are doing now in the california service center i asked for a request service and nothing yet until now so please guys any ideas to share with me to do beside contacting the congressman or the senator because they are not helpful i am so sad

hello evryone how you doing all of you ???? well i am a new user on this site and i have been adviced by some friends of mine that this site is a great place to join for further informations for the k1 in which alot of people in here are still in process and some are more experienced and would help alot and guide as well if needed.

well my situation is i filed my petition on november 14 2011 and from taht time until now i didnt recieve any approval notice which i asked for a request service last time and i am still until now not hearing anything about my petition and after seeking for a while on this site today i found some people got to talk with an immigration officer and got approved and some got approved faster and so on so i am wondering how this process runs with the california service center because this kind of processing for me is so complicated which please guys if anyone in here have any informations about what can i do in this case to push them to approve the petition please feel free to tell me. thank you so much guys
