  Hi Vicky, I'm Ken. I'm in the same boat as you. It's frustrating to see people in the California Service Center having been approved with dates after mine. I wish there was a way to know what was going on. On this site, I've noticed that there has been wayyyyy more petitions sent to the Vermont Center and that could be a reason why.
