Called the NVC today, and our Case got Completed yesterday. Have you heard anything about your case?

Got confirmation that UPS delivered the DS-230 today to the NVC.

Called the NVC today. They received our DS-3032 on October 12th.

They reviewed the I-864 yesterday, said they need proof of US Citizenship on the sponsor.

Sent off the IV-package today (DS-230 and all the necessary documents).

We've sent off the DS3032 by mail on Sept. 26th. Got and paid the I-864 bill on the following day. I' haven't heard if they've received our I-864 package or not.

Hi. I see you've returned the I-864 today. NVC told us we had to wait for the I-864 package to show up in the mail, and we haven't gotten any yet. Did you get the I-864 in the mail, or just download it from the internet?

Thanks for the information. So we called them too. They said they received ours on September 17th and that we would hear from them next week. Gave them our e-mail-addresses too.

That's about the same reason Carla has for not wanting to live in Norway. She's used to the desert and we already have a house together in Sparks, Nevada!

Carla & I are in Drøbak! As I've seen others posted on this site, it seems like the time from when you get the I-130 approved, it takes close to 5 months before you get a date for the interview. If your husband has served in the US Marines, then I guess you are the one applying for the Visa? Your names had me thinking that it was the other way around. I work with computers.

I noticed the same thing too (Same date + Karla & Carla). You will probably get your Visa sooner than what we will, since you've been married since 1999. We've known each other for more than 3 years, but only got married this April. We're currently both in Norway, and Carla is going back to the US in October. Sven has to wait for his Visa. (We're on the 90 day rule).

Checked the USCIS Website today, and we got our I-130 approved yesterday!! So excited!! We're getting closer!!

They received our new evidence on August 17th. We're waiting for a response... Hope it doesn't take too long. My Wife is coming to Norway on Tuesday. Can't wait. She'll stay here for 6 weeks!

We got a Request for Evidence on August 1st. Our passprot photos wasn't good enough and they didn't like my Norwegian Divorce papers. They said we should submit a legible copy of the final divorce decree signed my a judge or magistrate, that shows proof of filing.

Wow! Did you get your NOA-2 about a week after the NOA-1? I'm from Norway and we're filing at the CSC too. I've read that normal processing time at CSC is about 5 months!
