    We met at the Burning Man festival in Nevada in 2009. Became a couple at the same festival in 2010. Got married in Norway in April 2012. Hoping for a soonish approval, so we can start spending the rest of our lives together.

    I just went per instructions here and paid the fee online and printed the barcoded cover page once it showed "paid". We sent in the I-864W, the waiver form, because my husband has lived most of his life in the U.S. Don't wait for the "package", if the online payment system says paid you can send it now!
