okay ...i really dint know why may be your husband should call amex and ask them about the pasport because I got a call from amex after one day of my interview to submit the amex fees, showing NIC, i hope the purpose is to get the passport otherwise they would not call me...

thanks and yes today I gotta call from amex to clect my pasport but will be going tom to collect my passport its just a day and i got it and i am so happy
