our 601 wavier approved in july last visit to salvadoren embassy august 29 they said 1 to 2 weeks for package that containes visa with passport .going on 2 months so irritated just want mu husband home already

were at the end of our journey and yet it seem like an eternity all we need it the package that as his passport and visa they did 1 to 2 weeks its been a month. this is going to be the second birthday he will miss of our son he ask every day when is daddy coming home that really breaks heart just the way i feel today a little sad his birthday is friday he will be 5

hi! my husband and i filed CR-1 HE was denied due to unlawful pre in the us and we had to file a I-601 waiver he was in the us since he was 11 untill he was 15 he left back to EL SALVADOR and then returned when he was 17 was detained in aroznia returned to mother in LA and was sent to court from 2004 to 2010 my husband left back ES in 2010 he is 25 now long wait but worth it hope this he...

how long did it take total for you to get your passport and visa? were going on 3 weeks they said it would be 1 to 2 weeks did you go to the carrier to pick it up ? any info would make us feel a little at ease thanks desiree

they only made him re-take med exam because there only good for 6 month..... you welcome its always comforting to know were not alone

to get our app it was about 6 month later and i wish it was a little easy for us good luck !

you can make a appt for med exams when you have the appt letter it comes with a list my husben says there only 4 and they are in the same building and there really busy !

when my husban had his visit they keep his pass port that was january we had two more visit they did give it back he did need to re-take his medical exam hope this was helpful. are you doing your own papers ?

The envelop contains the documents you have been submitting for you passport to be stamped correctly. It is just going to be paperwork processing when you enter into the USA. Make sure that if you have another plain to make it to the final destination that you at least have enough time (I would say 3+ hours) so you are calm through out the process.
