    Is your daughter the biological child of your US citizen fiancee? If yes, you should file CRBA in order to acquire the child a US passport. http://manila.usembassy.gov/service/citizenship/first-time-report-of-birth-abroad7.html

    If not, your daughter will need her own Philippine passport for the K2 visa process. Your daughter will also undergo a medical exam and she should be present during the Embassy interview.

    do my daughter need a visa? or her name put also on my visa?

    HI vj's I want to ask if is this a problem on my interview in manila, my name in noa2 and manila case number is in one word...

    NVC sent our manila case with my name there as SHELLAMARIE instead of SHELLA MARIE...

    I think this is NVC machine fault coz my birth certificate and other documents is ryt even in my passport...

    Hi VJ'S, my fiancee cant have an employment letter or verification letter is it because it is against on his company policy to provide that information and must be gotten thru a third party online vendor.

    Is it okay if I can't bring that one as long as I have the other evidence of support for my coming interview or it a must???

    Please help me guys if what are the things as evidence of support....PLEASE!!! :help: :help: :help:

    Hi VJ members, my fiancee cant have an employment letter or verification letter is it because it is against on his company policy to provide that information and must be gotten thru a third party online vendor. Is it okay without that? Is that can affect to my interview in US EMBASSY MANILA?

    I have a good news, my fiancee called NVC last night and it says that we have the manila case number.

    I just want to ask if can we receive hard copy on that manila case?

    What other letters or important papers do NVC send to my fiancee?

    After we got the MANILA CASE what do we gonna do next???

    What papers that we should have to wait??

    Are we allowed to have the appointment date for my interview if we have the manila case??

    Can I ask about the employment letter??

    My company policy doesn't allow them to give out letters,

    instead they use an online service for employment verification

    and we have to direct people to that site if they want employment info.

    I'm wondering if it will be a problem at the embassy in manila on the time of my fiancee interview???

    well is still part of the I-134 documents??

    HI GUYS, the petition approved last June 21, 2012.

    I heard some comments that MEMBERS APPROVED IN MAY until now no news from NVC..that the case is not in their system yet.

    just want to ask if when will the NVC give us notice that they receive our case?

    how many days will we receive news from them??

    after we received the NOA2 hard copy, what do we do next and how many days before I call the NVC if they received the case?

    if they reply that not in their system yet, what should I do??

    Me too! My sweetie had to put up with my depression LOL but now that I'm seeing January filers getting their NOA2 I'm hopeful again :)

    Hi to Everone here... Just want to say that after 140 days waiting...we have now our noa2.. I can't explain how i felt today..Me and Fiance are soo happy, we are so waiting this moment...So thankful here..This site help us a lot on how to organized our I-129F Packet..Thanks VJ's.

    I finally met May in the Philippines on April 28, 2012 and stayed there until May 16, 2012. I proposed to her on her birthday while I was there (May 6) and sent the paperwork on May 21st. Now the long wait begins and back to Skype. I've been reading these forums for months now and received a lot of helpful advice. My problem is, it hasn't even been a week since I filed and I'm missing her already. I don't know how people can stand waiting the 5, 6 or more months for their loved one. It's killing me already! I just want to be with her.

    Please someone send me some encouragement.. :)

    dont cha worry, even my fiancée since he left he already miss me and to tell you honestly he cry when he go back to US..

    all i want to say to you is just be patient and keep contacting her everyday so that you dont feel alone...

    all we do this time while waiting for the NOA2 is be patient...thats it and even your far to each other there still the word trust between the two of you...

    NO NOA2 December Filer

    It seems that a few people that submitted their I129F's the same time as me and they all received their NOA2 more than a week ago.

    How long do I have to wait? Why the delay? NOA1 12/16/2011 and the receipt shows 12/20/2011.

    I did call USCIS and they said it should be sometime within a 5 month period give or take.

    Do I need to worry?
