Got packet 3, so happy i got it via e-mail and i should schedule my interview date by e-mail too.

I would like to have this opportunity to thank each and every one of you here in VJ. My Case is already here in Manila Embassy and it is "Ready"..
Just few steps to making our dreams possible.
For those who have not gotten their notices, case numbers, approvals, just hang in there! Praying for everybody's fast and smooth processing.

Entire process is such a mess. I just wish there was someone who could realize what emotional situation this whole mess creates. So tired of it.

My congressional rep called me today. He said TSC returned his call and said that they will be sending my case to the NVC within the next 10 days. He said they gave no reason for the delay and made no indication that anything was wrong with my case. My thought is they are simply in over their heads and are having trouble staying organized and keeping up with all the transfers. I'll check again in 10 days but for now I see no other option besides simply waiting. My NOA2 was June 17th.

So I just checked the processing times and looks like Vermont has been updated to 5 months for I-129Fs instead of October 15, 2012!

Since it changed to 5 months I put in a service request and it went through. Hopefully that does something good! At the very least when we call now they can't say October 15, 2012 still.

It really does mess with you after a while. Me and my fiance also played this game called Faster Than Light where you pilot a sci-fi esque space ship, and we unlocked one called "The Adjudicator". So we decided to call the crew "Vermont" "California" and "Texas". XD

Even though we just discussed this over the phone, I will send you this email since I had already started writing it when you called.
Last week, I contacted the USCIS DC headquarters about this case and expressed the Senators concerns about what happened with moving these cases from once service center to another.
Also, I contacted the TSC (Texas Service Center) today and am being told from them that training has been completed, and is ongoing. They do have officers trained on fiancée visa cases and the cases should be moving to the adjudication floor soon.
Your case is in Texas and will be adjudicated shortly. I will check on your case with TSC again on Tuesday (the 11th). Let me know if you hear anything sooner.

Guys I feel really hopeful for next week for everyone who was transferred and the few of us who werent. I hope you're all ready

Well, this is the first time in my life that I have really not been happy for a weekend!! Just waiting for Monday and hoping next week brings better news... Praying for approvals to start rolling in. Try to enjoy your weekend everyone, I for one will attempt to peel myself away from the computer and stop obsessively checking USCIS and email!!

"Someone just called to follow up and said that we were both given inaccurate information. I just looked up your receipt number on the USCIS website and it is different now; however, the Texas Service Center still does not show up in order to give an estimated time of processing. She said that the files are in their system now (the 30 days was inaccurate), the staff is able to processing them, and you can call back and they should be able to give you better information now that everything is up and running. She thinks that maybe we contacted them too soon??



Let me know if you get the same response we got earlier because I can call her back and let her know. She apologized for the confusion and any added stress this may have caused and thanked you for your patience."

I believe you can put in a service request if it's been more than 6 months since your NOA1 date. Call 800-375-5283 and get to a Tier 2 person. Tell them you are outside of normal processing times. This is what I did and my file was touched in about one week.

I had a dream last night that the newbies at the tsc are still doing our files but they used different wording .lol
My lawyer said the same thing ... Unprecedented ... I am still going to see what this means through my senator and congressman...

Azsara, i see you've been really supprotive to all of us, and i really think that after november filers are done its your turn in VSC, so you might get your NOA2 very very soon )) maybe even before us, i wish that this generaly goes faster,but what can we do

Just wanted to confirm the same as many of you...I received notice on May 24th via text and email about my case being transferred from VSC to somewhere (still waiting on I-797 in usps mail). I called in and was transferred to "2nd level customer service" which had a long wait time (>1 hour) so I left my number as a call back. A lady did call me back and explained I will not lose my place in the "processing line" and usually this means I should get an approval notice in 2-3 weeks. She also told me to call back this week and they should be able to look up more information about my case (e.g. to where it was transferred) since her computer systems did not show the update yet on that Friday (I called in just an hour after receiving the text message).
Thanks to everyone on this site as I was scrambling when I received the text. I was very happy to see others on here at least sharing their thoughts (and hopes) collectively. It is because of you all that I created an account and wanted to post my limited feedback on this situation.

Seriously? I apologize i advance for sounding harsh, but the way you posted is very selfish. You NEED TO provide sufficient information in order for us to give you advice. What you just did is you freaked out a whole bunch of people who are waiting for their i-129 NOA2. This is a long process and stressful enough. Posts like this scare people and they think USCIS is something horrible.
Dear i-129f applicants, please don't stress out. USCIS NEVER denies for no reason. This person either has something wrong with his case (there may be millions of things), or this is a USCIS mistake. Either way, I am not going to give advice to a question formed in such a way.
