@ KaviF1FamilyBased:- i already applied for pcc but they didnt sent it yet...so its not my fault...n btw the procedure for NZ pcc is different from any other country...they r not giving pcc to individuals but they sent their pcc report to their respective us embassies at the time of interview so

my interview went well...but my case is under administrative processing due to NZ PCC...coz i hav been to nz for 2 years...i hav applied for it but us embassy mumbai didnt got it from auckland consulate,nz....and i dont knw how much time it will take..did anyone know abt it? i mean wats the exact procedure n all.....

sorry guys as i m not regularly participating in this forum.....anyway i think this time we wont get any updates on IL before VB due to elections...may be i m wrong but cant say untill we get any update.i hope we will get it soon..today is friday so may from monday we have chance of getting ILs.my PD is FEB 2006...

as par my knowledge she has to fill I-864 and I-864a as well.....

for ur 2nd question....why they need a co sponsorer coz ur main sponsorer has enough income,so i guess they add both sponsorer's income thats wat i think...but for confirmation u can call NVC n get all d info....

for ur 3rd question

u dont hav to fill seperate I-864a for mom or dad....anyone of them can fill coz they both hav their names in same w2s....i guess this would help u
