I am really confused I received an email from us embassy stating that our case has been sent back to USCIS for reconsideration and disposition .from what I heard it is a denial but when I contacted my lawyer he has been telling me to have hope and wait until I get a formal letter from uscis about their final decision I fan really confused should I go get married and apply k3 visa or just wait for USCIS decision
