  what are the chances of approving waivier of inadmisiibility we misrepresented our case. long story short my k1 visa was denied now I am applying as a spouse but the consulate believes we were married and lied to them what are the chances of her coming to America she lives in Afghanistan I have old parents both in bad health condition my mom has lost 90% of her eye vision she is diabetic, has dizziness, sleep apnea , asthma, she takes medicine for depression and had surgery

is this a denial letter saying US Embassy Kabul no longer has possession of this file. This petition has been returned to US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) through the National Visa Center (NVC) for reconsideration and disposition. Further inquiries should be directed to the USCIS office that processed your petition please help i am really lost .
