Me and Russ known each other for a long time.. we started dating in 2006 and we got engage in feb 2007. we got married on Jan 2009 and we found out a few months later that we're going to have a baby... we were so happy :-). It was kinda sad that my paper works hasn't been finish as we expected and he has to come back to USA without me :-( It was hearbreaking.
In my 8 months of pregnancy he came back and stayed here in phils for 6 months with his mom ( i was happy again). We turned in our papers as k3 visa and it took sometime before they approved it (it was more than 5 months). Now the time has come that he had to go back to USA again without me and my baby. ( i feel so horrible :-( ). After we were approved at the USCIS, We thought that this was it, that I'm going with home to USA my baby girl...unfortunately, Russ received a letter from the NVC that we need to pursue CR-1 route... and had to do all the papers all over again. Now, it has been 2 years that passed and we're still moving slowly on our papers because he needs his mom to sign the AOS. He has not been employed because he is taking good care of his mom that needs him so much right now. . that's just kinda how our story goes, our baby girl is 2 years and 5 months now. She was about 4 months old the last time she was with her dad..
