Anyone here attended the CFO seminar before visa was issued? They said it was possible and I think it is very practical to get done with it before the issuance of the visa cause it coul save time. But how? thanks

Yep that's what he said he mentioned bout te waiver and all but then I asked him to contact USCIS to make sure everything will be ok. I'm curious though if it has ny effect on the 2nd petition we filed as to processing time and all.
