I was wondering because you were so fresh in 2013, did you have to submit your 2012 tax return or was 2011 acceptable for sponsorship affidavit? Also, do you have the link for the medical form? Oddly, when I click KNG and medical from the drop menu, it is not coming up. My interview date is March 5
