I am still trying to get my daughter out of Mexico.  I am trying to use a Sb1 visa after she was turned away from the US for being to close to her green card expiration.  I cannot find how to send the fee to the local US counsilate in Mexico.  I see no place to send the funds.  I am wondering if they will accept a check or money order or some other way and who to send it to if they want paypal or some other electronic way.

She just tried to get back in the US.  Immigration is telling here that she should have tried 6 months 

before the 10 year Green Card expired, so she was turn away.

My daughter's Green card expires in 3 months.  I figure that it will come after the deadline, but can she still renew it?

Looks like a I-130 form is the place to start.  At least  getting her from Mexico instead of the Philippines will have the benefit cheaper bus or air fairs.

I think she has learned her lesson; listen to her Mother and not her illegal friends.

My daughter has her green card, but for reasons that only made sense to her, left the US to go to Mexico in 2015. She came back for a few days 10 months later and

left again.  It has been 3 years and one month total time.  She did not fill out the Return document either time she left the US.  We told her this was wrong, but she listened to

her friends and not us.  Is there any chance she could come back?  She has no bank accounts no real proof of living in the US, and filed nothing on wages from Mexico

with the IRS.  I think her Green Card expires in 3 months.

What is the prefered way to attach or bind the AOS documents together? I know the visa documents were attached by the 2 holes at the top fastener system. I think the AOS documents loose would not be a good idea. Thanking you in advance.

On the G-325A there is the statement "This form is summited in conection with application for:

Naturalization

Status as Permanment Resident

and

Other

My question is since the application is to Adjust Status, should the box Other be checked with Adjustment of Status written in?

I don't think we are at the Permanent Resident stage yet and certainly not gong for naturaliztion.

Also on the I-485 Below the I-94# spot there is a place to put a date for expiration of something.

I know the 90 day expiration date, but in her Philippine pasport there is a visa page with a expiration date in October. I think I have to put the 90 day expiration date. but I am not sure after seeing the other date.

My Fiancee has tickets and is flying to the US from the Philiipines soon. Philippine Airlines has a policy that states that the card holder must be traveling with the person regardless of the names on the ticket. I tried going through travel agencies and they came back with we can't help you. I sent My Fiancee the money. She bought the tickets. Maybe other airlines do not have this policy.

I told you that Marissa's son has a interview. They type up a letter on Mar 28 2006, and it was post mark april 27 and I got it today..

Now in this letter it states to bring it to the interview.

It also states for the Pepole I am petition for,

Lists my wife and son..

I am truly hope they are smart enough to know that my wife had a k-1 apporved. do you think it whould be in the case folder?

What is the embasy number that I need to call. I really would like to talk with someone.

This letter states it is a copy and they send it to the client or address.. I had it sent to a friends of Marissa that lives in Manila.

I am wondering if my wife will be here. I seriously dought she can get a AP in a week. I dont think it is concerder a emerancy to go to the visa interview of a child.

Sorry for the blank reply, I hit the wrong button. I would have Marissa's case number and a copy of her visa in case they do not put her and her son's cases together. I am sure someone here can supply you with a phone number. You could type Manila in the search window and get some answers there. Good luck.

Leonedesa had a similar misspelling on the NOA2. Since the paper work was sent straight away to Manila (K1 Visa), I called the embassy, then I emailed. I got an email in about two weeks later with the correction. Of course they failed to correct the same mistake on her daughters last name. The righ spelling on the I-526/ I-527 forms corrected that.

We are now done with the CFO. Trying to find a way to buy airline tickets now. One Travel did not help. It seems they keep making bids that the airlines say are too low and will not cooperate. Trying TFI tours now. Philippine airlines wil not sell tickets if the cardholder is not in the travel party. I might have to get the money to her and let her buy the tickets.

I was online with Leonedesa and she told me she got the visas from Delbros.

Leondesa got through her medical fine. I joined her for the interview a week later. She was asked maybe four simple questions at the consulate window. She waits at her doorstep for Delbros.

I thought Administrative Review happened after the interview and a document or something like that was missing from the papers needed. I know it can happen if the Embasy has not recieved the CENOMAR from the NSO. Leonedesa never recieved her packet. She went to the guard at St Lukes and showed him the NOA2, The State Department letter which had the Case Number, and my copy of the appointment letter that was supposedly sent to her. She got into St Lukes with no trouble and competed her medical. I am joining her on April 2 to be with her for her interview.

My fiancee has not yet recieved her K1 packet ( packet number?). She has a medical and interview date. The packet was sent out February 13, 2006. How is the packet delivered? Is it traceable? I am going to call the Embassy this evening to see what is going on. Thank you for all your help.

Turtles are very hearty animals. We lost one for a while; vanished from his bowl. Found him about three months later in the toe of an old shoe. Thought sure he was dead. Got the bowl out, put him in the water and he woke up and lived well afterwards. He liked lettuce and bits of hamburger.

This thread is awsome. I printed the medical, interview, and CFO info and mailed it to my Fiancee. Her medical is March 30. She is going ahead of me for the medical. I will join her for the interview. She has never flown before and is a little nervous. I told her there is a good chance that she will not be the only one on the airplane who is going to Manila for a visa. She wants me to quiz her on my biography I printed out for her. I will refrain from asking her favorite color or the airspeed of an unladen swallow. She has not seen Monty Python.

I recently returned from Cebu Visiting my Fiancee. According to similar timelines, my case MNL200581xxxx, gets closer and closer. I assume that I get a letter that the Embassy has recieved my paperwork. I am I right about this? Thank you in advance.
