That should be fine. Perhaps "same as petitioners" since it is a joint filing. Remember to list ALL children, even those that you may have had from a previous marriage and are US citizens

Now that confused me, when you said to list "ALL Children", do I have to list my wife's previous marriage children whom I'm going to gain residency from or just our child together.. (my wife is the US citizen with 2 children from previous marriage and we have a child together.. soooo... do i list all of the children?) please help

HELP, I'm trying to fill out the form I-751 but I can't seem to understand Part 5 .. i need clarification where it says "information about your children"... which children??? the child that needs to change status who come along when first got petitioned or the child that you both had after marriage and all that. Im confused HELP
