    My case got transfered to the California office instead of TX. Is that good or bad? also can somone tell me about that office?

      If you are talking about Dallas Tx, that is just a lockbox where All the petitions go to be sorted. From there they go to the appropriate USCIS service center.

      Not many cases go to Texas Service Center nowadays. Most are transferred to California and Vermont Service Center. I think Cal SC tried hard to go through every petition within 5 months, which is a national average. Good luck!
