    oh wow.. you should be a little concern, Call USCIS and see what is going on with your case.. I think USCIS still holding on to your case. My case was send to HCMC yesterday when I called NVC operator. I actually expedite my case and I have not send in my IV or AOS form nor the fees. I think my wife will have to give it to the consular in Ho Chi minh and pay all the fees at her interview.
