I had my IV visa interview at Kathmandu US embassy; CO said I am approved and took my fingerprint also. After that he gave ma a small slip where us written please come on 26 December for your. Immigrant visa package.

I checked my Visa status but it still showing 'Ready'. Case updated on 24 Dec means today. What does it mean???The CO gave me back all orginal civil document along with photocopy. What can I expect do I get my visa package on the mentioned date or not ????anybody has same experience. Like me??

I am very upset today, I received checklist today asking for Police certificate. I was Dubai for 13 months and Bahrain for 2 years. I have already received Police Certificate from Dubai and Bahrain. Now I am currently living at Qatar. I already sent Police Report from Qatar to NVC.

now I need Police Report from from Nepal my home country. But I am in Qatar. I am plainning to go Nepal after my Interview is scheduled . What to do? What happen if I send statement saying i will send my Nepal Police report in the visa interview time? Do they accept my statement or they will send me again. Checklist . Do you have any experianceabout this????

I have shown my most recent annual expected Income for the recent year 2013 is 20,000 which if above the 125% of the Poverty guideline for my household size 2. i have no dependt expect my spouce whom I am sponsoring. But my income for the year 2012 , 2011 and 2010 is below the 125%. So, have kept joint sponser and filed the form i 864. What will happen? Is it wrong or not? I may get refe or not? Anybody is here who can suggest me about this well. Thank you very much.

I paid AOS fee$88 on 11 july, after 1 days it showed status PAID but I could not print the AOS Barcoded coversheet, i even try to mail but also It showed application error? I could print the Receit only? What to do? My AOS package is ready but because of AOS coversheet i could not send my document to the NvC. Pls suggest me what to do? I tried too many times but I could not success?? Do any body faceing the same pls write your valuable suggestion....

Our petition was approved on june 11 but no response yet from NVC. I belive NVC will response this week.

I am in the U.S. and I am Petitioner and going to sponsor my spouse . Because of my low income in 2012 my income is not sufficient to sponsor my spouse. And I am going to make my brother and his spouse’s income who live near to my apartment. They have jointly filled Federal Income Tax. And their common income is much higher than 125% of the poverty guideline in their household size. My brother income is $22000 and his wife’s $19000, and their household size is only 2 + my husband (intending immigrant)= 3

My questions:

1. Can they be my joint sponsor??

2. If ‘yes’ which one of the following set of forms do we have to file …

1. I-864 (petitioner), I-864 (joint sponsor), nothing (joint sponsor wife)
2. I-864 (petitioner), I-864 (joint sponsor), I-864 (joint sponsor wife)
3. I-864 (petitioner), I-864 (joint sponsor), I-864A (joint sponsor wife)

Just wondering I am filing AOS I 864 for my spouse and my income is not sufficent to file. So I want use a friend as my joint sponser, if Friend's income is not enough to reach the 125% poverty guideline ,can he add his wife's income using form i-864a as a household member income as they have filed jointly Federal income tax. Their joint income will be higher than 125% in the household size.

If a couple do tax file common and they have the common income statement and their common income is more than 125% minimum poverty guideline in their household size. Can this couple be a joint sponser or not???? If yes who has to sign in the form I 864??

Upto Jan13'th 2012 F2A case have been processed last week and they are receiving NOA2 today. Some friend got their approval PD 13 th Jan yesterday.

I am LPR filled I130 petition for my spouse on Feb 2012, received NO1 ON 16 Feb 2012. As per NO1 my petitio is proccessing at CSC(California Service Center) . After that I have not received any response at all. Are here anybody who filled I 130 on Feb 2012? ?
