My husband and I had our courthouse marriage on Feb 2010 because of my K-1 visa and AOS. But we are both Catholics and we wanted a church wedding too. So we saved up some money and on July 2011 we had our church wedding.
We sent our ROC on May 2012 and our package was ginormous. We added all the paperwork showing we have commingled assets, travel info for all the places we traveled together and then I picked about 10-15 pictures for each month/year we have been married. I know, it was A LOT of pictures but I just wanted to send everything we had. haha
I didn't write anything under the pictures, I just printed them in normal paper, separate by month/year and they were even black and white because colored printing was too expensive.
Our cover letter was divided by sections and I had papers inside separating each section, but we had one for the photos and we explained where the pictures were taken. Kind of like this:
Section 3
- Trip to Las Vegas (September 2010), Thanksgiving trip to Yorktown - VA (November 2010), Christmas trip to Tacoma - WA (December 2010) travel arrangement info and photos.
- Trip to Orlando - FL (Honeymoon-September 2011), Trip to Colorado Springs - CO (Thanksgiving and our nephew's baptism-November 2011), Trip to Tacoma - WA (Christmas-December 2011) travel arrangement info and photos.
- Sample of photos from our church wedding (July 23rd, 2011)
- Misc photos: Valentine's Day, Courthouse Wedding (February 26th, 2010), Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Halloween.
And that's all. They never asked for RFE or an Interview, I guess it was pretty obvious. We were approved last December after 7 months of process.

We just got back to the US through Detroit Airport and it took only 2 min to go through immigration. He scanned our passports, my expired green card, looked at my extension letter and took my photo and fingerprints.

Filed Dec 5 with the VSC, got our NOA in the mail yesterday dated Dec 10.
I went to the USCIS website to try to "Add a case to your portfolio" and also used the "Check my case status" functions, but the case number listed on our NOA doesn't come up in either yet. I tried it with and without dashes and included the "EAC" for Vermont. Maybe it just too early for it to appear online? Anyone else noticed that yet?

No, my status did not change. It's still showing Initial Review!
I am sending all the documents, a big package. So that they have more than they requested. I think by tomorrow I should be sending it...
It just upsets me that with all the documents and photos that I sent they still requested more information... But, I have more information to give. So, let us hope and see!

Finally, I received something in my mail today: a RFE with date 12/07/2012!!! Evidence of Good faith marriage.
- Birth Certificate: for any child(ren) born to the conditional permanent resident and the U.S.citizen spouse
-Financial Records: Submit evident joint ownership of assets and joint responsibility for liabilities.
-Residence: submit evidence of communal residence.
These are the documents that I submited first with the form I-751 back in May:
Form I 751, checks, copy of Green Card, copy of my wife's passport (us passport), list of where we resided, copies of ar11 (change of address), copy of joint tax return 2010, copy of form 1040 for 2011 (married fling joint), copy of credit cards showing both names, copy of 2 cars insurance showing both names, copy of life insurance showing me as beneficiary, copy of PG&E showing both names, copy of a trip to visit family together back in 2010, 2 affidavit letters from my wife's sister and one of our friends, pictures from different occasions with friends and family.
What was I missing? Should I send the birth certificate of my children born from my 1st marriage with my ex-wife (in mexico, so non U.S. Citizen) and they are not born from my marriage with my U.S. Wife. I have no kids here, but with my I-485 I sent their birth certificates.
I have the deed of our home that my wife put my name on it back in october, and property tax showing both names...
Should I resubmit all the information and the documents another time (including the one that I sent with the I-751) back in May?!

Well, I signed up for emails and text messages. I got my approval email 5 days after our case got approved and I NEVER got any text messages.
