Hi Eveyone...

Today I receive my green card

It is valid for 2 years.

As far as I know: 90 days before our second marriage anniversary we should aplly for lifting condition status.

But the letter which I receive today with my green card says that : 90 days before this card expires you should aplly for lifting conditions..

I am confused

What is the proceses?

Could you pelase help me?

today we have our aos interview for my greencard in san jose

interview was perfect

at the end he said the case is ok but we will wait for criminal check

he said in 15 days we will recieve a notice and and in 1 mounth we will recieve the card.

any body any experienece???

K3 and K1 different at this point!!!!!!!

If you have K3 you have to wait for SSN until you get your EAD.

but if you have K1 you get your SSN withour EAD.

they are different. Its very interesting but thats it....

I had my biometrics on March18 at San Jose, CA

They touched me March22

But still I did not recieve any approvel or no touch else...

Do I have to worry?

I read here somepeople get their approvel 5 days after biometrics

Any Suggestion???

we have send our EAD and AOS file together on FEB13.

I have recieved NOA for EAD.

But still no NOA for my AOS.

Do I have to worry or is it normal?

How many days does it take to get NOA for AOS?
