PANIC... I am upload picture and cant get past the screen... do I upload a photo? I still dont have my usa passport photo's taken yet. I thought we could bypass this screen. Can you help me please.

I see you really know your stuff and that is great. My usa Fiancee has the NOA2 approval August 30. NVC has not gotten it yet and I dont have a MTL case# yet. When can I complete the DS156 on line and the 160 confirmation receipt? I live in Winnipeg. thanks if you can help
