My husband got his greencard after condition removal and his last name is wrong. Anyone knows how long it takes for USCIS to mail replacement card with correct spelling?

Case complete on February 27th. Interview date received via email on March 6th. Interview date is April 29th.

Does it really take 1 full month or more time to get PCC. My husband submitted police clearance certificate from police station. Now NVC is asking for certificate from passport office. His interview is in 1.5 month, but he is working in different state of India for time being. Can he submit that PCC form online or he has to submit it in person? If anyone knows about PCC process from passport office, please let me know.

I called couple hours ago, and they said that they just started scheduling interviews yesterday. Didn't give any more details. Keep calling till we get it I guess.

How is it now? have you received any IV fee Bill?

I sent DS 3032 by registered mail. the letter was delivered 3 weeks ago.

I am still waiting for IV Fee Bill.

Read my post above. I got IV bill via email on 31st Jan. I paid it and my husband filled out DS 230 form and mailed it to NVC already. NVC received the package on 20th Feb (On Wed). Lets see how long it takes them to open the package and enter it in their system and complete the case.

Check your email where you get your usual communication from NVC, and Call them if your haven't received IV bill email yet. They say that it takes 10 to 15 business days for them to enter your DS 3032 form in system and you have already waited 15 business days by now.

If you make enough money to sponsor applicant then you fill out I 864ez. If you don't make enough money to meet poverty guide line (125%) then you need a cosponsor. In that case you and cosponsor fill out I 864 form.

Our choice of agent form got accepted. Just paid visa fees today.

Send it from beneficiary's email address. From what I have been reading, sometimes they are accepting email template and sometimes they don't. Just call them and confirm.

My Husband filled out the form, signed it, scanned it and emailed it. They said that due to the volume of emails they are receiving, its taking them long. Lets hope they hire more help since its beginning of the year and they just have new budget to work with

CPBDDO, I really hope that happens. It took 1 month and some days just for NVC to receive our case and enter in their system. We are already running behind. I hope something changes for good.

Yeh hopefully April. Btw how to find out the February interview dates? Is there a way there is a list posted by NVC?
