    Wanted to request if you can please let me know if you received the NVC "Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill" in US or in India. Also please let me know if you going to assign agent in 3032. I am little worried and not sure who will receive paper work now and if we are supposed to assign agent or not. Please advise.
