My Fiance received a letter from the embassy yesterday, they are requesting his medical which were never send to the embassy on time for his interview back in January, he is at the embassy as we speak getting his passport and then going to get a copy of his medical exam (again). my question is how long after they get the medical exam would they give him his visa? as you know we have been on AP for almost six months

Wow that is some caca!! (Sorry) How can it be possible that these people's work ethic can be so lame?? I am sure that when you call DOS, they would have told you if they needed some type of documents. To think that you had to wait this long just to find this out. Well I hope this resolves your AP issue

Hi Dee, We weren't missing any documents they did send the medical, the funny ####### is that the medical expired after six months, I just have to pay for them again, he is getting them done today. I'm over it now sort of speak, after screaming and yelling, I just need him here with me. This has been a bumpy ride for us, but just need to stay calm and take it one day at a time. And yes hopefully this will resolved our AP (Gods willing)

Ok, well at least you have something moving along. Are they going to give him the results or are they sending them to the embassy? Also, is he giving the embassy his passport back? Have you called DOS to see what they say?? Sorry for asking all these questions. I just hope they send him the visa asap!
