I might be posting this in the wrong place, sorry about that.

Im now a Conditional Permanent Resident and I just got my card on the mail. I went to social security and they gave me a number and I also changed my name so I could have my husbands last name.

My question is, do I have to change my name too in my permanent resident card? if yes, how do I do it?

No, your husband does not have to come to your country and take you back to enter the states. Once you receive your visa you will receive a sealed envelope which you cannot open...you will take this with you once you enter the states and hand it to the immigration officer at the Port of Entry. Your husband does not have to be with you unless you want him to be....

My husband is an US citizen and we apptlied for the IR-1/CR-1, we are waiting for the documents to be sent to the NVC but Ive got a question.

When they give me my immigration visa, does my husband has to come to my country and travel with me to enter to the USA?
