Just check online, case has been transferred as of 8/19/15.

On 2/3/15, I mailed I-751 to VCS and it was received on 2/4/15. The check deposited and cleared on 2/9/15. However, I have not received NOA yet, should I be worried?

Great news!!!! my case has been forwarded to the U.S. Embasy/Consulate in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic for expeditious processing and hubby has been sent an open appointment letter to appear on any working day at 6:45 a.m. I am leaving for D.R. in two weeks...... The reason my case was approved for expeditious processing is I am currently 23 weeks pregnant.....

My NOA1 date is March 7, 2012 and last updated was March 19, 2012... Now I am just waiting for NOA2... I am hoping to get NOA2 by mid July... God luck on your journey!

I think you should submit the i-130 form on behalf of your stepson since you wife just arrived in the U.S.

Along with the application you need to submit a copy the child's birth certificate and the marriage certificate to show you are the child's stepfather.

In addition, read the instructions on what other documents you need to submit when mailing the appplication.
